trouble for the staff who were so kind and responsive and very thorough in their commitment to getting the order correct. Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit. I have high expectations in all that I do so for me to express such appreciation and recognition is rare. wo weeks for an event. I knew I was really pushing it, timewise, but I paid for rush delivery and crossed my fingers. They came through with two days to spare! And the vest is just magnificent! In my opinion, even better than advertised. The next time I need a leather anything for an outfit, I'm coming here first to see if they carry it. I am not advertising for the website but I was very happy with it. You might be able to find it cheaper on amazon or ebay but it was like a week before Halloween when I ordered it and I didn’t want to risk getting a bad item and leathercity was very reliable on that part for having it delivered in 5 days from Canada to the U.S.
