I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for.
