The customer service representative made sure my choice of size was correct, but my choice wasn't right. They helped me change my size to Medium before the jacket was shipped and to my surprise, the jacket fits me perfectly. It was the best decision they made for me.

It took a little longer than estimated to ship, but as I ordered during a pandemic and the month before Christmas I can’t really complain and when contacted about shipping Leather City was prompt, polite and informative!
