Your customer service and communication have also been top-notch—friendly, responsive, and efficient throughout the process. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to offer more detailed and higher-quality photos on the website, perhaps with different angles or close-ups, to help customers get an even better sense of the product. That said, it’s a minor suggestion—I really had to think hard to come up with anything critical. Overall, I’m extremely pleased and would absolutely recommend you to others.
