what to expect. However, my blazer arrived within an acceptable time frame, and while the color wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned, I reached out to you about exchanging it. You responded graciously and worked with me over the course of a week to find the perfect color. In the end, you custom-made a special order for me, Now, my granddaughter and I both have beautiful Reese Witherspoon-inspired blazers! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate your patience and the effort you put into making sure I was happy with my purchase!"

k the picture he had said he would take to send to me, but he did say he liked the coat. And it has been raining recently in San Luis Obispo (SLO), but he said he is warm with his recently acquired Christmas gift so all is well! I do hope I will see how it looks one day and I still ask for photo evidence, but nothing so far. You all nave been wonderful on the Customer Service front! My sister placed the order as a gift for my son and she was impressed as well with the detail she received surrounding her order and confirming the size and saying when it would ship. I took a quick look on the website, but was not sure where to put accolades for the excellent work you all do there.
