le leather, lining very good - now my favourite warm jacket in winter. TLC customer service has been notably good - the first version of the jacket had minor faults and I wasn’t happy with the stain. They were really responsive and turned round a new jacket shortly. It’s worth measuring yourself well as they can change fit (I’m 6ft2 - large for height, medium for width. See photo)

Excellent levels of communication and customer service and I am delighted to have been a customer. The item travelled through many countries to finally arrive in the U.K. and I was kept informed via tracking of its progress throughout. The leather coat we ordered was even better than we imagined, well packaged and protected and a perfect fit.
