the wait only unfortunate part was that they sent me the wrong size (ordered XL, and sent me a L) which was not a big deal. After exchanging some emails and sending pictures that it was in fact not the the correct size they sent me a return shipping label, and started the process of sending me the correct size, a few days later my correct size was delivered and is a very nice jacket to wear. So other then some shipping delay and a minor mistake everything was resolved, very happy with the customer care and response via email in correcting the mistake, might shop here again in the future if I ever need any type of clothing/jackets/coats that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in my area.

considered the price to be very reasonable, so we ordered one. We measured up and selected the appropriate size. A day later we received and email from the seller asking questions about sizing, so we did some more measuring and replied. The jacket arrived within two weeks and that is fast. We could not believe the quality of the garment; it is excellent, add to that the bonus of the wool collar is buttoned on and can be removed to make a really nice sports coat. Inside pocket, perfect fit thanks to the seller’s care and attention. Thank you very much.

the metal arm is a bit stiff but thats because of the added layers for the look and will hopefully break in soon and be more flexible, the design is very accurate to the show which is surprising because I had relatively low hopes for this product, but there aren't many issues with the jacket I've found other than the metal arm sleeve. High cost but definitely worth it if you're into Marvel outfits!
