Leathercity is to be commended on their communication with customers; never did I feel out of the loop on when or how my delivery was coming, and even when I missed the day it was to be dropped off they came back a few days later and continuously sent texts to let me know where they were in the process. All around professional and concise. The jacket was wrapped with care and protected well from shipping hazards, clearly great care for the product was taken and I was happy to receive my jacket intact with nothing wrong with it. My jacket (which is xxsmall because I'm a tiny fella) fit perfectly, much to my relief, and I can't wait to add it to my Officer K costume for Halloween parties. The film variant has a serial number that is not present on the back, but this is a minor complaint as everything else seems to be as accurate as they could get in recreating Officer K's jacket. Professional service combined with a badass jacket make this a worthy purchase for fans of Blade Runner or a high quality, useful jacket.

this jacket in less that 2 weeks for a cosplay, and I must say I am NOT disappointed. The shipping came on time, the stitching is very well done, and the leather had a scent so crisp and colors so vibrant!
