arrived it was perfect. When tracking the jacket I realises that it was coming from Pakistan and I began to worry about what I would receive. (I had seen a number of similar jackets on the internet that didn't look to be as good a quality.) I shouldn't have worried, it was just as in the photos.

materials used is excellent. Shipping was prompt and took exactly as long as you stated, with no issues along the way. The only minor flaw was that one of the buttons was sewn onto the breast pocket, which prevents access to the pocket. However, this is a small issue and can be easily fixed. Aside from that, the jacket is a great-quality product, fairly priced, and delivered on time. I also want to commend your team for providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
